Book– Highly recommended! Ancestral Dietary Strategy to Prevent and Treat Macular Degeneration by Cris Knobbe, M.D. Availble on Amazon and Kindle. This dietary strategy can be applied to almost all eye and general health problems! While I don’t agree with everything here it is a great book.
- Book – Also highly recommended! The Paleo Diet by Loren Cordain: This and the Mediterranean Diet are probably the best diet for the eyes.
